The Anya Restaurant
The site was a large field bounded by 2 State Roads (12 and 193) and an old railroad. J & D performed an A-2 boundary survey and topographic survey of the property. We developed a site plan for the restaurant with parking layout. Because access was from a State road, a DOT encroachment permit was required. The septic system had to be designed to handle kitchen wastes as well as normal sanitary flows. These flows exceeded 5000 gallons per day, so it had to be reviewed and permitted by the State Department of Health.
