J & D’s experience in the wastewater field is extensive. As Chief Engineer for the Town of Waterford, one of the partners was responsible for the planning, design and construction of a 60 million-dollar sanitary sewer system. It consisted of over 100 miles of sewer and 24 pumping stations of various sizes and capacities.  We have also designed many miles of sewer for towns, developers, industrial and commercial clients.   J & D can provide services in virtually any aspect of the wastewater collection field including preparation of facility plans, design, construction administration and inspection. We are thoroughly familiar with all aspects of wastewater collection including gravity systems, pumped systems and low-pressure systems.  For municipal clients we can also assist with odor control problems, O & M manuals and issues related to operating & maintaining a sewer collection system, including financial aspects.
