Mrs. Blanchette has 25
years of experience in the civil engineering field. She has worked on a wide
variety of project, including recreational facilities, industrial and
commercial site development plans, municipal road reconstruction plans,
subdivision design, and stormwater management projects. She is in charge of
all hydrology and hydraulic projects utilizing a variety of computer models
to design dams, culverts, and detention ponds

Dennis R. Blanchette
Mr. Blanchette has 32
years of experience in the civil engineering and surveying fields. As Chief Engineer for the Town of Waterford he was
responsible for the planning, design and construction of a sixty million
dollar sewer system. With J & D
his responsibilities include oversight of all field and office survey
functions, as well as design of septic systems, water mains and sewer lines.
